This webinar is on evidence-based practices and critical considerations for mental health workers working with individuals with Autism in outpatient mental health clinics. It will focus on highlighting the limitations and means for overcoming barriers associated with outpatient therapy for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). There will be a review and discussion of practice guidelines, treatment planning, monitoring, parent education, group-based therapies, and clinical tips that should be considered and adopted when working with ASD in outpatient mental health settings.
