This webinar addressed the Statewide Capacity Management Process beginning April 1, 2019. This training covered how capacity will be managed for the consolidated 1915c HCBS Children’s Waiver and the interactive process between the Health Home care managers, the DDRO and C-YES with the DOH Capacity Management Team. Once HCBS Level of Care has been determined, the Health Home care managers, the DDRO and C-YES must receive confirmation from the DOH Capacity Management Team that a slot is available.
