The Art of Supervision: A Series for Supervisors of Youth Peer Advocates

We were delighted to offer a series of webinars in fall for Supervisors of Youth Peer Advocates! Through presentations, discussion and small break-out sessions, participants explored supervision strategies and approaches that support Youth Peer Advocates. Sessions focused on how YPAs can promote active youth engagement and participation in services, how to help YPAs practice through a recovery and resiliency lens, and supervision techniques for building and sustaining best practices.
