Ciera Dudley

Senior Coordinator

Ciera Dudley is a dedicated mental and behavioral health professional with 15 years of experience providing support, advocacy, and care to individuals facing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the CUNY School of Professional Studies and a Master's in Social Work from Hunter College Silberman School of Social Work, equipping her with a strong foundation in both clinical and community-based social work practices.

Throughout her career, Ciera has worked across diverse settings, including community health centers, hospitals, and nonprofit organizations, serving individuals from all walks of life. Her work focuses on helping people navigate complex mental health issues, trauma, and systemic barriers related to the social determinants of health, such as housing, income inequality, and access to care.

Ciera's approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and empowerment. She believes in holding space and meeting people where they are, and she integrates holistic, evidence-based strategies to foster resilience, promote healing, and support long-term well-being. A strong advocate for mental health equity, she is especially passionate about serving underserved communities and challenging the stigma that often surrounds mental illness.

In addition to her previous direct clinical work, Ciera is involved in policy advocacy and community health education initiatives aimed at expanding access to mental health services and promoting inclusive, person-centered care systems. She is committed to creating lasting, meaningful change at both the individual and systemic levels and continues to lead with compassion, cultural humility, and purpose in every aspect of her work.
