This webinar focused on billing for Other Licensed Practitioner (OLP), Community Psychiatric Treatment & Supports (CPST) and Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) and supplemented the information presented in the in-person billing trainings held in July (July training can be found below under related trainings).
This webinar reviewed Utilization Management for the three Children and Family Treatment and Support Services that are going live January 1, 2019:

Webinar topics included continuity of care, authorization requirements, medical necessity, and documentation components.
These all day in-person trainings reviewed the principles of revenue cycle management, Medicaid provider enrollment, and the billing manual including billing rules for the new Children and Family Treatment and Support Services (state plan services) that are going live January 1, 2019: OLP, PSR and CPST. The trainings also included a field by field walk through of how to submit a clean claim to Medicaid Managed Care Plans and provided an opportunity for MCOs and providers to network.
These day long in-person trainings reviewed the Children's System Implementation Timeline, Access to HCBS and the following Aligned Home and Community Based Services: Community Self-Advocacy Training and Supports, Caregiver/Family Supports and Services, Prevocational Services, Supported Employment, Respite and Palliative Care.
There was also significant time provided for Q and A.
