Outcome measures can be a powerful tool, if used correctly, and can help clinicians, supervisors, and clinic management to understand the effectiveness of the care they deliver. Outcome measures assess clinical effectiveness, such as behavioral, cognitive, and emotional functioning, and non-clinical results, such as perception of care.
In this new health care reform environment, all agencies will be required to demonstrate their effectiveness and efficiency in providing high quality, high value services that promote and sustain long term healing for children and families. Participants will learn how to effectively articulate organizational goals, vision, and value to investors, managed care companies, clients, and the community.
