Coping with Crisis During COVID-19 Pt 1: Crisis and Safety Planning via Telehealth for Suicidal Ideation and Self-Harm

The current COVID-19 crisis presents some serious barriers to service for mental health providers working with vulnerable clients and families.  While we are all trying to cope with the new normal of remaining at home, many families are confronted with severe challenges like living with: (1) depression and suicidal ideation, (2) domestic violence, and (3) increasing family stress that can increase incidents of child abuse.
