Supervisor's Business Concepts Course

In our rapidly changing, expanding and often fiscally vulnerable behavioral health landscape, the Supervisor's Business Concepts Course brings business knowledge and practice directly to the behavioral health manager and supervisor through a specially designed curriculum consisting of training, workshops and expert panelists.

Each year, MCTAC and the Coalition for Behavioral Health team up with Yves Ades, Ph.D., Principal at Ades Integrated Health Strategies deliver this comprehensive course to select supervisors and managers from across New York State. Through interactive and didactic sessions, participants learn essential business constructs and explore how to apply them into their day-to-day program and workforce management activities.
