This page is a collection of training offerings, tools and resources related to New York State’s new CORE Services benefit. CORE Services are available in the Health and Recovery Plan (HARP) and HIV Special Needs Plan (HIV SNP) benefit packages to enrollees meeting eligibility criteria.
The new CORE Service benefit transitions several services from Adult Behavioral Health Home and Community-Based Services (BH HCBS) in order to streamline and decrease barriers to access. These and additional materials can be found throughout the ctacny.org website.
